  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier, but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within United States 

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
